I have been playing
chess more than 20 years and I know a lot about this game. I know the most of
locations all over the world where the game of chess is well-developed as a
sport. Well, I’ve had no idea that Singapore is a chess country | land. Firstly
I played with a couple of strong Singaporean players on the official FIDE Arena
and secondly it appeared to be that the best of my chess sets had been made in
Singapore too. In my opinion in Singapore English traditions of good chess met
Asian ability of being pedantic and devoted to something. Anyway I discovered
one more pleasant fact about Singapore.
