I have been playing chess more than 20 years and I know a lot about this game. I know the most of locations all over the world where the game of chess is well-developed as a sport. Well, I’ve had no idea that Singapore is a chess country | land. Firstly I played with a couple of strong Singaporean players on the official FIDE Arena and secondly it appeared to be that the best of my chess sets had been made in Singapore too. In my opinion in Singapore English traditions of good chess met Asian ability of being pedantic and devoted to something. Anyway I discovered one more pleasant fact about Singapore.

The EU  plays too dangerous game! It must firmly insist on a peaceful result of Ukrainian government and pro-Russian rebels negotiations.  People are killed and infrastructure is ruined in Luhans’k and Donets’k regions every day. The war makes a big part of Eastern Europe poorer. Does Western European really believe that it makes their life safer and better? No? Well, why are they passive in stopping the war?   

Current Wars And Weird Position Of International Community.

All of the times we have war here, In Ukraine; I put the one question only. Why does International community do almost nothing about all the currently active wars? Why do they only discuss and do nothing? Why UN organisation is so passive? Every time when there is a severe war anyplace they are deeply concerned but they take no real actions to stop the war. It is XXI century but violence and idiocy, irresponsibility are still with humanity... What a disappointment!
